- Formed back in 1996, LA Outback started as really nothing more than a hobby which eventually turned into a full fledged business. In the early days we were crafting our own instruments and selling them on college campuses and down at Venice Beach. A lot has changed since then as LA Outback has gown into the largest importer of authentic didgeridoo created by traditional Australian Aboriginal crafters. We also specialize in didgeridoo music, videos and gear!
